I’m Markus Van Alphen, I exist to make the world a better place by making people more empathic, more human.

My Journey

I’m Markus Van Alphen, I started my journey as an Electrical and Electronic Engineer, only to realize this wasn’t me … Back to university, I studied to get my Master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Amsterdam.

Now I work as a Leadership Psychologist, Author, Teacher, Trainer and Counselor.
